Mohamed Noor said he was “startled” by a loud noise. He sounds little a little girl (and a liar). That notwithstanding, neighbors said, they heard nothing.
Pajama-clad Justine Damond was unarmed when Mohamed Noor fired multiple shots and shot her dead. She died at the scene.

That statement cannot be used against him in any criminal investigation.
Fred Bruno, Mr Harrity’s lawyer, told the Minneapolis Star Tribune that his client and Mohamed Noor, who shot Damond, may have been spooked by a “loud noise” before the Australian woman approached the police car.
News Corp spoke to half a dozen residents who were in their houses around the crime scene on Saturday night and none had heard the gunshot or any other loud noises that sounded like fireworks. One
resident a block from the scene, waiter Tom McConnell, said however it was common during the current summer holidays for fireworks left over from the recent July 4 celebrations to be set off on weekend nights.

So, if the neighbours didn’t hear the gunshot – which clearly did happen – then the fact that they didn’t hear any fireworks either doesn’t mean there weren’t any. Not as comforting a headline as you would first think. This guy clearly murdered her. The only remaining question is whether or not it was intentional. So far, he hasn’t denied anything.

It is not the firing of the gun that makes it intentional as much as it is the fact that he reached his arm around his partner in order to shoot her. His intent was to kill her and not to kill his partner.

If the “noise” surprised him and allegedly caused him to shoot, why did he have his gun on his lap BEFORE he shot her? If neighbors didn’t hear any gunshots, could it be Noor used a silencer. It would also explain why he and his partner were able to use their two-way radios clearly and effectively after the gunshot and not experience any temporary hearing loss, which hasn’t been mentioned.

If they suspected ambush why didn’t they roll the cameras. The dispatch gave them the info that a woman was reporting the crime and was concerned that they were in the wrong location. Did he just start shooting or did they speak and then he shot?

I suspect his career is done. He failed to attempt to restrain Noor after the first shot was fired. I can see being “stunned” by the first shot, but after that? I’ll be damned if I’m going to let someone, even my partner or best friend, fire across my face unless I am convinced there is a dire threat.

what santa said is true … but I’d add … he is a white police officer who could be – in a climate of witch hunts – accused as an accomplice to the crime.
If I were his attorney – I’d have his lips sown shut if I could. Officer Harrity is on very thin ice, and his very life depends on what happens here.
It’s not inconceivable that he could be charged for Noor’s crime – and go to prison – while Noor gets probation.
Under the current level of racist hysteria, this is a possibility – remote – but I’ve seen crazier stuff in my own practice.

There will very likely be a rather large lawsuit against the city for a wrongful death, as the police are employees of the city, making it liable. It really doesn’t matter what he says or does not say. There is a bullet that can be traced to a gun, there were two guns available that night, ballistic tests will determine which one is the murder weapon. There would also be gunpowder residue in the vehicle and on its occupants. This is not going to end up as an acquittal as there is a bit too much evidence to cause any doubt as to why went on. Motive is the big question, suspect criminal insanity which is epidemic in violent muslim cultures with minimal or no intelligence.

Should be .. and at the moment it does not seem frivolous at all. The City killed Damond as surely as if they had left a bomb at her door. But we shall see. I’d not be surprised if the family turns out to be too ‘do-gooder’ to actually assert their rights in this case.

Next-of-kin does not include a fiancee. Damond’s family is still in Australia. Ideally, some high-powered law firms have their investigators tracking down Damond’s family in Australia and offering to represent them in a wrongful death tort suit. A law firm like “Corboy & Demetrio” which represented the doctor beaten up on the United Airlines flight in Chicago will show up. The Chicago smack-down case settlement was estimated at $20 million.

A huge problem in America is the fact that Circuit Court Judges and District Attorneys are elected, and their election campaigns are funded almost exclusively by police unions. So, cops own the DA and Judge. DAs go to great lengths suppressing inculpatory evidence of police criminal misconduct.
Our justice system would change for the better, instantly, if we forbid police contributions to these election campaigns.

@DanTriplett no not because he’s a cop but because he’s from that lieberal darling group of Somali Africans and Islamic. Cops actually face a large moral and legal requirement to justify the use of force much higher than any civilian does, if it comes out that they used excessive force they face a severe penalty and have to be placed in protective custody in prison like skinners such as Bernardo, or Olsen. Thus they aren’t the special group you think they are, they aren’t paid thugs but the majority are just regular people doing a very difficult job having to deal with the worst side of humanity. The only reason that this one is special is because he was hired to fill a quota for the liberal elitists, but even than there were warning signs that he wasn’t fit for the position but politics overrode common sense. Thus he should face the toughest penalty for his actions due to his muslim ethos and maybe deportation once the sentence is up.

Dan Triplet you ask why his ‘partner’ is cooperating with the cover up, well two words unions and political pressure to keep his mouth shut. He’s likely been coerced either by pressure from the Police Union or the City administration to either keep quiet about how Noor committed murder or face some very serious consequences. Like possibly being fired and black balled, or face bad performance reviews meaning essentially career suicide. Which would explain them using the radios with no problem after the shooting. And yes, why didn’t he grab his partners gun. I have noticed that the Swedish and other Euorpean police never shoot and kill anyone. The situation in Europe will only start changing when the police get shoot-to-kill orders any time they have to deal with uppidty Moslems.

He has a 5th A right to remain silent, and no conclusion can legally be drawn from invoking the 5th. However, he also cannot say anything in his defense. Given that there is (conveniently?) no body cam data, and the dispatch radio call indicated nothing, we are left with the testimony of his partner, possible audio from the dash cam, and possible audio from the 911 tapes if her phone line was open.
What he is doing, with the assistance of the jury, is speaking through his friends. He is trying to poison the jury pool.
If there are any moslems on the jury, it is unlikely they can convict, as moslems are commanded, in the koran, to always take the side of a moslem over a kuffir, regardless of who is in the right.

A Report from Minnesota detailing Minneapolis’ Mayor Betsey Hodges’ pro-Muslim treason.
Over the weekend, a Somali Muslim cop was dispatched to the residence of Minneapolis woman Justine Damond who had placed a call for help after witnessing an assault in her neighborhood. But rather than helping Justine’s frantic help for assistance, Officer Mohamed Noor removed his body cam, and shot the woman in cold blood from his patrol car window. As the community of Minnesota demands answers and Noor refuses to answer any questions from law enforcement over the incident, Minnesota’s hijab-wearing mayor has just issued a disgusting threat to the very people who elected her into office, proving once again that Mayor Betsy Hodges is nothing more than a domestic terrorist and an enemy to the United States of America.
If you’re not adequately familiar with the disgusting antics of Mayor Betsy Hodges, here’s a quick recap. This Muslim-loving idiot has been instrumental in transforming the city of Minneapolis into a Sharia swamp ever since she got elected, where her eagerness to flood her city with Somali migrants has completely devastated the once thriving American city. White women are constantly threatened with rape and murder, as Sharia patrols are now popping up all over this Muslim-infested city. To make matters even worse for residents, Hodges recently set up an anti-blasphemy hotline in the city, so Muslim migrants could call in and report on any person “harassing” them, or speaking negatively about Islam.
Now in the wake of one of her precious Muslim refugees murdering Justine Damond, Hodges has now done the unthinkable to the grieving community, by issuing a vile and disgusting threat against anyone exhibiting signs of “Islamophobia” following the unbelievable murder. Jihad Watch reports that rather than reaching out to the Justine Damond or decrying the actions of the Muslim police officer, Hodges is now warning Minneapolis residents against acting like bigots towards the Muslim community, while reinforcing the false premise that Muslims are the “victims” in this case, and that the “persecuted community” needs “special consideration” at this point in time.
Here’s the disgusting message she blasted out to all her precious refugees, where she encouraged them all to dial her anti-blasphemy hotline if they witnessed any “Islamophobia” occurring in the city.
“To the Somali community: I want you to know that you are a valued and appreciated part of Minneapolis. I stand with you and support you. The strength and beauty of the Somali and East African communities are a vital part of what makes Minneapolis so strong and beautiful. I am grateful to be your neighbor.
We cannot compound that tragedy by turning to racism, xenophobia, and Islamophobia. It is unjust and ridiculous to assert that an entire community be held responsible for the actions of one person. This is absolutely disgusting that the first priority on Mayor Hodges’ agenda is making sure her precious Muslims don’t feel discriminated against, while making it out like THEY are the freaking victims in this case! But this really shouldn’t come as much of a surprise considering that Hodges was instrumental in getting Mohamed Noor a job as a cop in the first place. In the weeks leading up to the vicious murder of Justine Damond, Hodges gushed about Officer Mohamed Noor on social media, propping the Muslim up as the poster boy for successful Muslim migration and assimilation into the city of Minneapolis.
“I want to take a moment to recognize Officer Mohamed Noor, the newest Somali officer in the Minneapolis Police Department,” she said on Facebook. “Officer Noor has been assigned to the 5th Precinct, where his arrival has been highly celebrated, particularly by the Somali community in and around Karmel Mall.”
What’s even more vile is the fact that due to the political correctness atmosphere that Hodges created by silencing Minneapolis residents from being able to speak out against Muslims and Islam with her anti-blasphemy hotline, Noor was able to stay on the police force even after brutally assaulting and battering a white woman back in May. The injuries were so bad, that the unnamed white woman ended up suing Noor for the permanent injuries that he caused her.
Hopefully the people of Minneapolis will wake the hell up and demand that this woman be removed from office. She is nothing more than a domestic terrorist who is willfully turning her back on the very same people who got her into office, while continuing to advance the mission these Muslims migrants have for complete Sharia Law domination of the city.

treat all the other citizens of her large city as if they are racists.
Especially at a time when the people of Minneapolis are perplexed
by the actions of the police officer – are extremely sad for Justine

I can’t come up with any other conclusion so far except that Justine Damond’s
death was caused by the dangerous recklessness of Police Officer Mohammed
Noor. So I await the final outcome of the investigation. How they would ever
justify what he did and exonerate him is something I can’t imagine with the
facts as I know them.
No matter what happens, he should be fired for refusing to explain to his
superiors what happened – and in accordance with police regulations. If he
is not exonerated, his case should be sent to the Grand Jury for an indictment
of Murder or Manslaughter.
Depending on the investigative conclusions – and what happens to Noor as
a result – we will know whether or not he is literally getting away with murder.
And we will know that if he is – it has everything to do with Islam.
Noor is not just some hapless cop riding shotgun for Sharia. This guy has
tried twice to snare the candidacy for Minnesota State Representative in
2014 and 2016 – the second time coming close to taking it from current
Muslim Rep Ilhan Omar. He is used to hobnobbing with political animals
like Mayor Hodges – making one wonder if this will have any effect on
the outcome of the investigation into Justine Damond’s death.
I hope for the sake of the Damond and Ruszczyk families – and our own
country which remains in the sights of deadly Islam – the Australians keep
up international pressure on the city of Minnesota. And that Pamela

All we can get now is how she loved animals and was for peace. I inquired with Minneapolis PD and this was the response I received: “That was not very nice.” I then proceeded to inform the responder that as law enforcement officials, they are to protect & service, not harm, maim or murder. I have yet to hear back from them.

Cops little people on average of 3-4 times a day, very day and few people care but a foreign woman suffers the same fate people who live in poor neighborhoods have for decades and it generates anger. Why not the first 10,000 times this has happened?
The worst that will happen to the cop in 99.9% of the cases is being temporarily assigned to desk duty. VERY few are fired but even those who are can get a job in 2 hours since departments do not share information with each other. When the heat gets too great in a department, they can ask to be transferred to another department in the state, where he can start his anti-social behavior all over again. Surely much of the dramatic increase in cops being hair-triggered and beating anyone who looks sideways at them is the rampant drug use. It is very common with younger cops to abuse steroids and that can lead to highly dangerous unpredictable behavior. They are not tested for it, it would weed out too many on the force so every department tacitly permits it. More cops use steroids than athletes.
