A.G Lynch Signed Off on ALL FISA Applications to Wiretap Trump

Nothing is done at the FISA Court without her sign off on the request. As a minion of Mr. Obama, this would not be hard to secure that from her. It would be perfectly legal, but not morally correct.

The FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance) Court is in the news this weekend after President Trump tweeted that former President Obama had petitioned a court twice in order to wire tap current President Trump when he was running for office.
The FISA Court was put in place in 1978 when Congress enacted the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA):
The Court sits in Washington D.C., and is composed of eleven federal district court judges who are designated by the Chief Justice of the United States. Each judge serves for a maximum of seven years and their terms are staggered to ensure continuity on the Court. By statute, the judges must be drawn from at least seven of the United States judicial circuits, and three of the judges must reside within 20 miles of the District of Columbia. Judges typically sit for one week at a time, on a rotating basis.
Pursuant to FISA, the Court entertains applications submitted by the United States Government for approval of electronic surveillance, physical search, and other investigative actions for foreign intelligence purposes. Most of the Court’s work is conducted ex parte as required by statute, and due to the need to protect classified national security information.
Every single judge on the FISA Court as of today was appointed during Obama’s Presidency!
Five of the current eleven judges on the court are scheduled to be on the court for President Trump’s entire first term with six of the judges’ terms expiring before January 2021. Seven of the judges are scheduled into the year 2020.
Current Chief Justice John Roberts has been in his role since 2005 and therefore he has appointed all the judges to the FISA court. Judge Roberts is famous for supporting Obamacare in two radical positions, one of which Justice Antonin Scalia, in his withering dissent, refered to as “applesauce”. Knowing this, it is concerning that Judge Roberts also is responsible for the makeup of the current FISA court.
Only two in over 10,000 applications were turned down by the FISA Court.
According to ABC News:More than a thousand applications for electronic surveillance, all signed by the attorney general, are submitted each year, and the vast majority are approved. From 2009 to 2015, for example, more than 10,700 applications for electronic surveillance were submitted, and only one was denied in its entirety, according to annual reports sent to Congress. Another one was denied in part, and 17 were withdrawn by the government.
According to ABC, all applications to the FISA Court were signed off on by the Attorney General and therefore if any applications were processed in the past year, they were signed off on by Loretta Lynch. This means that Lynch signed off on any requests for wire tapping President Donald Trump during the Presidential race. This is disheartening knowing that she released a video over the weekend calling for the need for more marching, blood and death on the streets. This also means that she chose not to investigate the Clinton Foundation for illegal activities but rather signed an application to wire tap President Trump.
Finally, another very disturbing fact about the wire tapping request of President Trump is that the FISA Court turned down President Obama’s Administration’s first request to wire tap President Trump that was evidently signed off on by Attorney General Lynch. With only two applications denied out of 10,700 from 2009 through 2015, the fact that the Obama Administration’s application was denied by the FISA Court is very disturbing. The odds of this happening were 0.02%.
The Obama Presidency is now arguably the most corrupt in US history.

Treason – based on what? Without knowing the details and justification made in the FISA request, one cannot know whether the request was legitimate or not. I’m not a fan of Obama or Lynch, but until the details of the 2 FISA requests are known, it’s not possible to know whether there was merit to them or not (both the one that was denied, and the second which was apparently re-written with a narrower scope). Once the new deputy AG is confirmed (ideally soon), we’ll hopefully get to the bottom of this. I’m hoping to see Lynch et al. frog-marched off to a paddy wagon for a one-way trip to Gitmo, but until facts are known and weighed (perhaps by a grand jury), it’s a bit premature to put her in an orange prison jumpsuit.

Do you think if in investigating Lynch they find enough wrongdoing to put her in prison that she might turn on Obama to avoid prison. Even though she and Clinton are bad news, the one to really be worried about is Obama. Without Obama, who would lead the insurrection?

Well, since we have found out this week that the CIA has the capability to make hacking look like it came from Russia and also that ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE WAS FOUND IN ANY WAY to connect Trump to Russia AT ALL, I’d have to say it is not premature to assume the corruption and law breaking is very likely Obama and his buddies. I believe eventually we will see people prosecuted for sedition and or treason.

Actually, the President probably could order one, as Commander in Chief, for reasons of National Security. In theory, it would still have to go by a FISA court, but he could order one. Additionally, there are probably operatives that would do one anyway.

That’s what I can’t help thinking nearly every day. The main thing, the most frightful development is the breakdown of rational thought, in the most broad sense; though this does not convey what I’ve observed: it is the breakdown of reason as the arbiter of interaction. In other words, the “rules of engagement” in civil society are close to becoming irrational. I think this was drilled into me when I saw the protests of Charles Murray at Middlebury College, Vermont. (See you-tube video.)
The other frightful development–conterminous to the aforementioned frightful development–is the breakdown of the freedom of speech.

Allow me: President Trump has been accused of and remains accused of treason for acts committed during the Presidential campaign. Some if not all of his associates during the campaign are accused of meeting with unspecified Russian citizens, that is, Russian Nationals of unspecified titles, official or unofficial.

Legally, the investigation needs to follow due process step by step, which takes time and legal procedures. Then, based upon what’s found as evidence and what’s legal cause is violated to indict those who got involved. This is how the law and order works.

Agreed – the Obama administration was the most corrupt in history. From Obama’s lies that Obamacare would save the average family $2500 a ear, to a filmaker being the cause of a spontaneous riot in Benghazi to using the apparatus of government to spy on political opponents, no President has ever lied more than Obama. If not for 90% of the media being a department of the Democrat party, many in Obama’s administration would at best be branded serial liars and should be in prison.

I don’t think that Trump would be abusing his power as President if he actively started to take down these criminals in politics. Even if he lost some of the court cases, it would force mainstream media to at least acknowledge that these people are immoral and corrupt.
