It's one thing to make crochet jewelry but another to specialize in just one form. Bulgarian artisan, Vanya of Vanessa Handmade on Etsy loves to create cotton crochet tubes! She then manipulates them into all sorts of fun sculptural designs.

My inspiration comes from all natural free forms around us." Vanya is observant and is particularly fond of "all irregular and asymmetrical shapes created by nature."

I especially like her monogram and word designs - it's handwriting with crochet! It's certainly an original approach.

Her monograms are lovely and the necklace in the first photo reminds me of the Russian Soutache jewelry, but with an upbeat twist to it.
