Joan's work is amazing! I hope some day to take one of her courses- perhaps at the Bead and Button show or if she makes it to Canada. She is a true fibre artist.

Hurray! Joan is one of my favorite jewelry and fiber artists. I took a bead mosaic class with her years ago, and it was one of my favorite Bead and Button Show classes.

Next year I might have to take a macrame class from her.

I remember the 60's and the macramé rage, but back then it was pot hangers, belts and handbags. Nothing as finely detailed and delicate as these masterpieces.

Love the look of the last 2 pictures - reminds me of Soutashe.
