ORLY Launches A Pinterest Contest

ORLY brand nail polish is launching a Pinterest contest today where participants will have until March 19 to create a moodboard or storyboard using images and captions and integrating at least one lacquer from the spring 2012 Cool Romance Collection. Under each pin, participants should use the hashtags #ORLYCoolRomance and #ORLYNails. Finalists will receive a prize bag, including a variety of ORLY products.

Given my recent obsession with nail art (see tutorials here and here) and Pinterest, you know I'm all about this contest. Who's with me!?

The ORLY Spring 2012 Collection called "Cool Romance" features a muted palette of cool metallics and pastels that offer a romantic, feminine touch to fingertips and toes.

The six lacquers in the Cool Romance Collection include:

You're Blushing: Muted Lilac Crème
Prelude to a Kiss: Pastel Pink Crème
Jealous, Much?: Pastel Mint
Faint of Heart: Soft Grey Crème
Steel Your Heart: Charcoal Shimmer
Artificial Sweetener: Dusty Rose Shimmer

All ORLY Nail Lacquers including the Cool Romance Collection are free of DBP, Toluene and all traces of Formaldehyde and Formaldehyde Resin.

The Cool Romance Lacquers will be available starting March 2012 for $8.50 each. ORLY Nail Lacquers and Treatment products are available at orlybeauty.com, Sally Beauty, Ulta and other purveyors of beauty throughout the U.S. and in over 100 countries worldwide.

I LOVE the Orly Spring colors. Gorgeous. I love bright nail polish, but often I need toned down work appropriate colors and these are perfect.

I see Orly has cleverly embraced Pinterest with a competition knowing us ladies love our make-up just as much as Pinterest! Tone down colours are ideal for business!

Yes, my name is Orly. For reals. I didn't know that I "cleverly embraced Pintrest" (internet surfing in my sleep?) but I'm glad you all like my spring colors (though it doesn't make sense given that it's still wintery where I live...oh well, I'll accept a compliment nonetheless).
