Philippines: Islamic State forces women to become sex slaves and orders hostages to convert to Islam

21

While the international community continues to fetishize its Jew-hatred and indulge its obscene hatred for the tiny Jewish state in anti-Israel resolution after resolution, there is a monstrous Islamic war against freedom-loving people in the Philippines. The crimes against humanity are unspeakable, the unimaginable horror ignored. We see this same pattern of the sanction of jihad evil in Thailand, the Central African Republic, Nigeria, Congo, et al.

Islamists in the besieged city of Marawi in southern Philippines are forcing female hostages into sex slavery, Manila’s army has said. Male and female captives are also made to assist the militants in their fight against the Filipino military. “Worst thing [is] there are cases of female hostages forced to marry the terrorist group. They are being forced to [be a] sex slave, forced to destroy the dignity of these women,” Joint Task Force Marawi spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Jo-ar Herrera told reporters.

Herrera cited examples of hostages who either escaped or were rescued and said their accounts show that women suffered brutal sexual assaults at the hands of the Maute captors. The captives were also tasked with plundering abandoned houses in the conflict-ridden area to fuel the Maute insurgency.

“The hostages were tasked to loot houses, establishments [for] ammunition, firearms, cash, [and] gold,” added Herrera. (The Independent)

Over the past month in the Philippines:

Philippines: Islamic State forces women to become sex slaves and orders hostages to convert to Islam

By Robert Spencer via the Mailonline, June 29, 2017

The Qur’an teaches that Infidel women can be lawfully taken for sexual use (cf. its allowance for a man to take “captives of the right hand,” 4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50, 70:30). The Qur’an says: “O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.” (33:59) The implication there is that if women do not cover themselves adequately with their outer garments, they may be abused, and that such abuse would be justified.

And as for the forced conversions, the  Qur’an says that “there is no compulsion in religion,” (2:256), but what constitutes “compulsion” is in the eye of the beholder. The institutionalized subjugation of the dhimma, with its regular humiliation and harassment, from which one can be freed for the simple price of converting to Islam, is not considered compulsion. Remember Steve Centanni and Olaf Wiig, the journalists who were kidnapped and forced to convert to Islam — even though their conversions were obviously coerced, their captors made them say that they were converting freely, and the captors probably believed that themselves. After all, the journos could have chosen to be killed instead.

“ISIS forces women trapped in over-run Philippines city to become sex slaves and orders hostages to convert to Islam as it uses Christian human shields to fend off Duterte’s troops,” by Rory Tingle, Mailonline, June 27, 2017:

ISIS fighters in the Philippines are forcing women to become sex slaves and hiding behind 100 Christian human shields as the vicious battle to retake a city held by the militants enters its second month.

Terrorists from the Maute group seized Marawi City five weeks ago and have taken hostages who they are forcing to convert to Islam and carry wounded fighters.

Most of Marawi’s 200,000 citizens have fled since the attack on May 23, and those left behind have been subjected to horrific abuse, according to escapees.

‘They are being forced to be sex slaves, forced to destroy the dignity of these women,’ said army spokesman Jo-Ar Herrera.

‘This is what is happening inside, this is very evident..these are evil personalities.’

Hostages include leading churchman Father Teresito Soganub.

Abdullah Maute, one of two brothers who formed the group, said on Sunday he would free Soganub in return for his parents, who are being held by police.

But this request was refused by Philippines president Rodrigo Duterte, with his spokesman saying any bargaining with terrorists was against government policy.

Heavy clashes broke out today as strongman leader Duterte ordered intense bombing raids by planes on the shrinking rebel zone.

The authorities believe Soganub and more than 100 other Christians are being held by the Islamic State-affiliated insurgents as human shields….

If it helps you, Fairview U, (FU) a hospital, has had patients molest other patients. There is a large somali infestation there, and they are on medicaid, so unlimited $$. For some reason it never made the media.
If someone in your family goes to a hospital, you might want to walk around and talk to other patients.
Gocomment image v Dayton says if you don’t like the rapes, assaults, mutilations, attacks on your kids, you should leave this sanctuary state of Minnesota..

Many in the Philippines do NOT believe this is happening. They claim that all the muslims are in Mindanao.

Filipinos know what is happening. It is broadcast ed live every day on TV with pictures of the fighting and interviews of freed hostages. Filipinos are some of the most highly educated people in Asia. They are smart and they understand that Muslims are everywhere in the Philippines. They also know the majority of Muslims live in the South West corner of Mindanao, not Luzon where Manila is located. There are not enough Muslims in Luzon to cause trouble. They are very peaceful on this Northern Island. The problem is where there are a lot of Muslims living in Mindanao. All Filipinos have this information.

Really? You haven’t been there for awhile, have you? I went to Mall of Asia in Manila, and the number of muslims there was significant – they were everywhere. Ten years ago, I was in Manila at immigrations, and there were a few muslims. When I went to immigration in 1992, I did not see any that I can recall. When I went to Manila 30 years ago, I never saw one muslim. And lastly, this past year the muslims attacked a tourist spot in Manila, killing several people, so don’t call them “peaceful”. They get enough members in an area and start demanding Sharia law, and if they don’t get it, they go on terrorist attacks – as they did recently in Manila.

Well Sunshine Kid, i stand corrected then. I have not been to Manila that much as you have. i only drive through it and head for the Immigration Building. I did not see many Muslims. That does not mean they are not there. I just do not go into the city except the bus stations. I live in Tarlac City. here there are a few Muslims but not many. Those that are here are peaceful. I do not believe they would be peaceful if they had more of them so you are correct. I am not one to blow a horn that describes Muslims as all being peaceful, on the contrary. I like many people have observed the murders and rapes by Muslims in countries that allow them in unrestricted. I really wish they were peaceful, but unfortunately they are not. Again, i stand corrected. Thanks for your input.

I haven’t been to Tarlac in a number of years. I take it you must be retired, living there. My last duty station before I retired was Clark AB.

Yes sir, i am retired and live in Tarlac City. Thank you for your service. I am thankful for all the service men who come to the Philippines. Makes me feel more at home.
I was in during Vietnam. I came home, went to college, then joined again a second time after Vietnam. I got out because of all the politics at that time. A drill sergeant could not even make his troop do push ups unless he did them with the guy. First Sergeants were required to come in to work at the Orderly Room at 5 am to do all the bull ship paper work. I really hate it when politicians attempt to be soldiers. So i got out. I taught school for 20 some odd years and finally retired as a principal. I also built businesses along the way. i had a large self serve car wash and a laundry mat. I built new homes for a while until hurricane Ike brought 6 feet of water into the city that stayed for two weeks. i had houses in different stages of completion and lost a bundle. I quit building houses. I invested in land here in the Philippines. That seems to be the best gamble here to make money. I plan to build apartments on some land in Panglao Island, Bohol within the next year.
I always think it would be nice if i could get a group of people together and pool our money together and purchase a jolly bee. I worked restaurants back in the day and i have noticed restaurants here make a ton of profit on their investment.
Business men in the US actually use this business model to purchase good businesses when a single investor does not have enough money. They pool their money, buy the business, and each investor owns a share of the business according to his initial investment.
The Vietnamese became rich in Texas that way. I was married to a Vietnamese woman for almost 11 years. I saw these people living in one house with 6 families. each one worked minimum wage jobs and saved almost every penny. when they saved 50k they purchased a convenience store. They continued this process until each person owned a convenience store. People now days do not trust enough to do that. But with a business model and a good lawyer it works just fine.
take care Sunshine kid. talk later.

Thanks go both ways, sir! I also was in Vietnam 1971-1972.

If you have a chance to wander down toward San Antonio, Zambales on some Wednesday, stop in at the Fleet Reserve Association, Branch 367. Every Wednesday, people from all over come in to sit, chat and relax. You’ll meet Swedes, Norwegian, Dutch, Germans, Australians, British, Filipinos, all types of people, including retired US Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, Army and of course, us old airmen. The kitchen puts out some good baby back ribs French bread pizza and a nice selection of other stuff you might enjoy.

Drop a line at this disposable address if you like – it’ll get to me. I use disposable addresses to keep my privacy, you understand.

Thanks Bill. i also have a problem. Maybe you can direct me. I find myself very lost in this country when it comes to things i need to get done. My wife begged me for three years to purchase a car. I finally studied and studied cars here and bought one. It turned out to have a bad transmission. So i do what i would do in America, take it to Ford since it is a ford. They charged me an arm and a leg just to tell me they can’t fix it. My problem is no one seems to be able to work on automatic 4×4 transmissions here in TArlac. Maybe you know of a transmission repair shop in your area that could fix the leak. It is slipping and leaking. but it still drives. for how long it will continue to drive is a question i can’t answer. But i believe it will make it to Manila to a transmission repair shop if only i knew one. If you have time to ask some of your friends, maybe i can get out of this situation and get this damn thing fixed. If you don’t know anyone, that is ok i will just say thanks for listening to my situation.
well it will be nice to visit a place will foreigners. I have no friends here. so it will be fun. I need to get this damn car fixed first.
talk later bill. “out”

Unfortunately, I don’t know anyone in Tarlac to help with your transmission problems. Personally, I haven’t driven for about ten years or so. Used to ride motorcycles, and had a Yamaha Maxim 750cc shaft drive back in 1991-1997, but sold it and bought a truck for awhile. Never did like automatics – just never had good luck with them. If you decided to get to the FRA 367 on any Wednesday from about noon to around 5 PM, I’m sure you could find someone who’d have suggestions for your transmission problems. Parking is inside the compound, so no worries about traffic. You might even catch Chris sometimes with his souped up vintage (1970s era) Chevy Nova, a few Harleys, and other interesting vehicles.
