Istanbul court RELEASES Muslim who attacked woman for ‘wearing mini-shorts’

This is Sharia: a man can beat a woman and suffer no consequences. This is the state of women’s rights in Erdogan’s rapidly re-Islamizing Turkey. Where is Linda Sarsour on this?

The Geller Report’s initial item on this incident is here.

“Istanbul court releases man who attacked woman for ‘wearing mini-shorts’ pending trial,” by Aziz Özen, Hürriyet Daily News, June 23, 2017:

An Istanbul court has released an assailant who faces charges for attacking a 21-year-old woman “for wearing shorts” on a bus in the city.

A day earlier, an Istanbul prosecutor issued an arrest warrant for Ercan Kızıltaş, who was caught on camera on June 14 attacking the woman, Melisa Sağlam, for “wearing mini-shorts during Ramadan.”

On June 22, Kızıltaş appeared before the Istanbul 5th Court of Peace and said he was “sorry” for his actions on the bus.

“I just made a comment [to Sağlam on the bus ride] with good intentions. It is the month of Ramadan, and as it is the blessed month [of the year] and ill-gotten, I told her to dress appropriately. She was wearing mini shorts. She told me then not to look [at her]. Then on my way out [of the bus] I lightly hit out toward her face with the back of my hand. The incident occurred in an instant and I am sorry for it. Before smacking her, she insulted me, and that offended me. I did not step in first, but then that hurt my pride, and I hit her lightly with the back of my hand,” Kızıltaş told the court.

Following Kızıltaş’s testimony, the court released him pending trial, indicating that the incident was restricted to “actual bodily harm.” Prosecutor Mehmet Ali Yıldız, however, filed an objection to the decision at a higher court, the 6th Court of Peace.

Meanwhile, media outlets recorded Kızıltaş as telling cameras in the courthouse that he did “not accept the accusations of battering.”

“In the footage, there is no clear view of any beating. I am also involved in the case. She [Sağlam] swore at me. She also attacked me. Didn’t you see the footage? I am also making a complaint about her. My respect for a woman who knows herself is endless,” he said.

Following the court’s ruling, Sağlam protested on her Twitter account, saying: “On top of it, [Kızıltaş] is still talking; how shameless! I have not, until now, said anything bad to justice; I thought it had a conscious. Such justice is a crying shame!”…

This is islam, respect it. not that it ever has been respectable, but it, like every other criminal organization want the veneer of respectability to cover its crimes.

I don’t remember any Turkish muslums complaining about a lack of justice when the all muslum perps who blew up two synagogues and killed 26 people in Istanbul, Turkey in 2003 were released from prison after serving less than ten years in prison.

People should be allowed to have sex in the public.
The Muhammad-cult bans nakedness & ritualistically mutilates vaginas (with vicious liars lying it would have nothing to do with Islam).
#English for Turkey!
#BoycottIslam #Shariafreeworld
#Ban Islam, save lives worldwide & free the African slaves from Saudi Arabia to Mauritania, the Biafra-leader, the Leavenworth 10, Israeli soldier Azaria, Salim Masih & so on.

Sexually (sadist & racist) Muhammad had it all wrong: he praised vaginal mutilation, hid the beauty of women behind obligatory clothes & publicly sucked lips & tongues of little boys & ‘kissed’ their penis.
The greatest threat to homeland-security might be young horny girls who think Sharia will give them sexual fulfillment. It’s not like that.

“People should be allowed to have sex in the public”. Really? Why don’t you get the ball rolling on that? I’m sure your girlfriend would be all for it.

A man should never use his force against a woman. But men do, in Turkey and all over the world. She is an adult and it should be her decision how she should dress herself. I think there should be public decency codes that people should follow, but in general, I feel world is too obsessed with what women are doing and wearing.
The courts may free this man, but he must know in his heart that he was rude and abusive. He respects a woman who “knows herself?” There are billions of people in the world, each coming from different experience, environment, beliefs, lack of beliefs. In addition, all of us are imperfect and flawed, there is no denial of that. Perhaps it would be best if each one of us showed kindness and led by example.

Nothing to see here … in 1966, during a port call in Izmir, I saw two of islam’s finest on a sidewalk with tons of room shove a young lady into the street rather than just stepping aside. For her to have moved would have involved stepping into the street. So they just shoved her there.

Nothing to see here …

In islam women have no rights to speak of, a man’s word is law, “Quran (33:59) – “Tell thy wives and thy daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks close round them…” Men determine how women dress”. Do not think that muslims have any compassion, not even for themselves. It is a lethal mistake to assume muslims have the same values as humans.

Was there ever any doubt that he wouldn’t suffer any consequences for what he did? The Turkish Muslim cops were probably high-fiving him at the police station.
