We can always count on sharia to be fair and just — especially to women. Mohammed was the first feminist, after all — so Sarsour et al would have us believe.
The rape victim’s father was a member of the sharia council that sentenced her to the stoning. The council decided that no action needed to be taken against the alleged rapist.
Here is one wretched girl at the blunt end of Islam’s feminism:

A 19-year-old woman has been sentenced to death in Pakistan after she accused her cousin of raping her at gunpoint.
The woman said she was asleep at her family home in Rajanpur, in the country’s central Punjab province, when the attack happened.
She reported the crime to the local panchayat, a tribal court that operates outside the official justice system in remote areas of the country, but was told she had intentionally seduced her attacker.
The panchayat, which included the alleged rapist’s father, then found her guilty of adultery and declared her a Kari, or adulteress, the Express Tribune reports.
As a result the teen was sentenced to death by stoning or to be sold off, according to the Hindustan Times and Tribune.
The council decided no action needed to be taken against the alleged rapist.
The following day the woman and her father went to the police, who have now launched an official investigation.
An arrest warrant has now been issued for the members of the tribal council, and the woman taken to a refuge away from the village.
Women declared Kari are often executed by their own family in so-called honour killings to restore their reputation.
Another warrant has also been issued for the alleged rapist, local media reports.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. The jails in the middle east and Muslim countries are full of women who had the temerity to complain about being raped, without producing 4 male witnesses, and hence being prosecuted for adultery.
Go there Meryl Streep, and all you holier-than-thou hypocrites, shedding crocodile tears for some imagined atrocity on Muslims and see and report on the real discrimination and atrocities on women, gays, Christians in Muslim countries.

I’ve read some of the women imprisoned for adultery in Afghanistain don’t want to be released from jail — because then they face certain death at the hands of their family.

When they say a woman is guilty of seduction, it means she is guilty of being born female. The young woman in this case says she was asleep when attacked. So her attacker can accuse her of making herself vulnerable. In this “religion” there appears to be endless excuses why your bad acts are always the fault of another. I am very glad this poor young woman is getting help. Some globalist will probably bring her attacker to Europe or the US as a poor refugee escaping violence in the homeland.

This is a good demonstration of the wonders of Islam and its free and fair ‘religion’ of peace!!! Sex is free for men in Islam as they own the bodies of women. When is the world going to wake up and recognize Islam for the barbaric system that it is. Without women the world is not possible and will die. But Muslim men show their superiority by raping, beating and killing women. No woman is safe in Islam and sometimes the support for barbaric Sharia is better than being killed. Islam was first conceived as being a ‘religion’ of hate, death and intimidation and so it is today. Once a Muslim, always a Muslim and no freedom of religion or choice exists. Anyone who disagrees is set up for death. allah is the god that created devils like himself and there are no attributes of Islam that can be tolerated in anywhere other than the lands of barbarity where Islam is enforced. Men who are so ugly that they cannot win a woman with charm or love just take then anyhow. The time has come to reject Islam in all its forms. Muslim men are the epitome of male chauvinist pigs.

How can you describe such people other than”barbarians”? Listen to what the’re claiming: “She seduced her cousin to seduce her at gunpoint”? If she seduced him, why was the pointed gun necessary by the perpetrator?

Express Tribune reports.” Gee, not a lot of impartiality going on in that town, is there. And the attacker claims she “seduced” him. If being seduced was such a crime, why did he need to rape her and instead just report it to the authorities.

So the Pakistani govt. is at least trying to maintain some rule of law and it trying to usurp the sharia judgment. That’s at least something and actually surprises me for Pakistan. Hope the girl is alright in the end. She’s going to have tons of islamofascists, even outside her own family that will want to kill her.
