Sweden: “Syrian Poet” prosecuted for raping disabled woman in nightclub restroom

Story continues below advertisementOn Sunday 9 April, a woman was raped in the restroom for the disabled in nightclub Villa Strömpis in Örebo, Sweden, between approximately 01:00 and 1:30. According to the Public Prosecutor, the woman was particularly vulnerable because of her physical limitations.
The criminal charge is that she was violently forced into sexual intercourse by the suspect. He pushed her against the wall, held her there and kept her mouth covered to keep her from calling out. Subsequently, he pressed her head down and forced her into oral sex. He also pushed his fingers into her and penetrated her vagina.

Swedish police apprehended the suspect on Wednesday 12 April, and have since mounted a campaign to find witnesses. Successfully, it seems, as the prosecution of the suspected rapist has commenced on 24 May.
The accused, a 28-year-old Syrian, who describes himself as a “Syrian poet” and has a blog on which he publishes poems in Arabic, denies the offense.
The prosecution, however, has evidence in the form of several witnesses and forensic evidence. The poet, who is registered at an address in Kumla, is in need of an interpreter in Arabic, according to the lawsuit.
Prosecutor Christine Chi has not demanded the Syrian refugee be deported home if convicted.

Do you know why muslims will dominate over us? —
– If I said to you that, not all groups deserve no-discrimination. We must discriminate against certain groups – Would you agree? No.
– If I said to you that everyone is not equal. Certain groups must not have equal rights – Would you agree? No.
– If I said to you that not all religions deserve religious freedom. Certain groups must not have the right to practice their religion – Would you agree? No.
And this is why muslims will dominate over us. How?
– We believe that no one should be discriminated against – So no matter how many times muslims bomb us, terrorize us, rape our women – We will never be able to discriminate against them —> because of our own mentality.
– We believe that everyone deserves equal rights – So no matter how much muslims despise our way of life, despise our values, infiltrate our governments, colonize our lands, and attempt to subvert our civilization – We will never be able to take away their equal rights —> because of our own mentality.
– We believe that everyone should have the right to practice their religion – So no matter how many times mosques preach hatred against us, incite violence against us, teach muslims to kill us, inculcate anti-democratic, anti-freedom values in muslims – We will never be able to take away the right of muslims to practice islam —> because of our own mentality.
And so we see, this is why our civilization will fall to islam and muslims will dominate over us. Our own post–world war 2 mentality will be the reason behind our downfall. Muslims will keep laughing at our unbelievable stupidity while getting stronger every day in our nations, and we would never be able to stop them, because our own mentality restrains us. Even if we realize this – We still cannot change our mentality, because we are set in our ways. Indeed, from an evolutionary perspective, any civilization which is this insane, that it helps and protects its own enemies, inflicts destruction upon its own self, by its own self, and refuses to change its suicidal mentality, is not worthy of survival.

In my own heart and core beliefs I agree with your premise, it is the primary tenant within the entire Constitution and the Bill of Rights. It is not a law nor mandate and therefore only a resolve that is a part of our “living” Constitution, and “living” means it can, and should, be change when it underscores out basic rights.
Christians have had this immutable belief drilled into their basic underlying and core beliefs to such an extent that they will die or take everyone else with them rather that face the falsity of their teachings, IE to reject the belief is to reject the teacher, and that’s, for them, impossible.
I have always believed that we will fall simply because of our laws and freedoms we, rightfully, hold so dear would sooner or later be used against us. Our own history shows this to be true, our past isolationist stands during the two world wars is proof enough as is the term “limited” warfare.
If anything is to be done it will be, must be, done by the believers and nonbelievers whom know that one must stand firm in the face of evil even it calls itself a religion. All men are not created equal, we are not mindless simpletons, we are rational, logical (for the most part) free thinking citizens in a free and open society and must do what is right (no matter how horrific) for all the rest of a different gestalt.

The only thing he needs interpreted to him is the verdict of guilty, and the date of his execution. On course he will deny it, no matter what the evidence is, muslims are justified in any crime throughout the qur’an.

Well, of course he’ll deny, deny, deny. He’s probably going to blame the poor wheel-chair bound woman for his actions. Because it was SHE who gave him the ‘message.’ It’s her fault he interpreted those messages incorrectly.

Muslims always lie and nothing is ever their fault. She, as a non muslim, is acceptable as a sex object to any muslim. Strongly suspect the judge will see it that way.

Deport him? This is Sweden – which fancies itself a “moral superpower.”
They will go to great lengths to empathize with this savage bastard, in the name of – well, I don’t even know in what name it is being done anymore.
The Swedes are unaware, it seems, that they are becoming universally despised – and that they are earning that distinction.
