“Take note of the tweets of the Dean HIMSELF. El-Mohandes is not exactly a disinterested observer of Jihad Linda. He even tries to equate the Israelis’ relationship to the Palestinians of “driving the Palestinians into the sea,” a narrative similar to equating Jews with Nazis, purposefully misappropriating the decades-old language of the Arabs towards the Jews. This is what passes for erudition in academia.

This fellow is intellectually dishonest — a faker.
You need to know who you are dealing with here — a man who conceives a “captive audience” for a shari’a advocate and then calls it freedom of speech when the context involves NO exchange of ideas of of opinions. Then he tells you he lectured at Hebrew U. So what — Edward Said “‘lectured’ at Columbia,” said Jeff Wiesenfeld, member of the Board of Trustees of the City University of New York. Person Who Invited Linda Sarsour To Give CUNY Commencement Speech Also An Israel Hater

You have probably already heard about the furore surrounding Israel hater and faux feminist Linda Sarsour being invited to give the commencement speech for the City University of New York’s Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy. Just yesterday, hundreds of people gathered on Manhattan’s 42nd street to protest it.
And it is outrageous that a hatemonger like Sarsour should be invited to give the commencement speech. The question is why was she, of all people, invited?
The official reason given by the person who invited her – Ayman El-Mohandes, Dean of the Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy – is here. He refers to her as “a leader who has been successful as a community organizer, recognized by national leaders, and who has emphasized women’s health issues in the New York area.”
And I’d think Sarsour, a darling of the liberal left, would be a popular choice among the majority of the student population.
But I posit there is more to it than just that. Dean Ayman El-Mohandes, who invited her, shares more in common with Sarsour than the Muslim faith.
A look at some of his past tweets shows that he, like Sarsour, is no fan of Israel – to say the least.
Clearly, El-Mohandes is not bothered by Sarsour’s hate-filled statements on Israel. The question now is will he allow Sarsour to express them in her upcoming speech – or even encourage her to do so?

That is 100% correct, my apostate friend let me in on that little secret a few years ago when I asked him where the ‘moderate muslims’ were on 9/11, and he said donating to terrorists like CAIR and other groups that wish to attack America.

It is a complete wast of Israel’s time to push palestinians into the sea. As palestinians burrow holes in the ground like reptiles and vermin, it would be less trouble to fill the holes with raw sewage, thereby improving the fertility off the land in an ecologically sustainable way to recycle organics.

I watched some of the speeches from the protest yesterday, and it was great.
I was persuaded by Milo’s argument that Sarsour should be heard and exposed more widely for her hateful views towards Israel. If anything good can come out of this travesty of her giving a commencement speech, perhaps it will be that liberal Jews will finally recognize they are being played as fools. The fact is that people who hate Israel are going to continue working against Israel, no matter how open and accepting you are to them. They should not be treated with endless benevolence. That strategy does not work.
I don’t think it was an oversight that the commencement ceremony is being held on a Jewish holiday. It’s more likely that the date was chosen in hopes that less Jews would be there and the hateful rhetoric would have a better reception with less opposition.

Nonsense, liberal jews only religion is liberalism, but don’t think this is a jew thing, it is a liberal thing, anyone of any faith who is a progressive left deblasio/clinton/sarsour supporter is a liberal first and foremost, and religion for them is a weapon used to keep people down.

I know a lot of liberal Jews and they still believe in God and in Israel as the home of the Jewish people. They have a sometimes misguided faith in the “goodness” of all people because we are all created by the same God, at least that’s what the religion teaches. Liberal Jews are trying to remain optimistic and choose to be in denial about the existence of evil, and they need to have their blinders removed, that’s all.
Other liberals I know are nihilists and atheists and would like to see the downfall of not only Israel but the United States as well. There’s a difference.

All the Jewish Liberals I know associate more with Sarsour then Trump, and feel all this Anti Sarsour activity is created by the media, and she is really a good person, after all Bernie Sanders adored, promoted and support her.
