This is the human brain on Islam. Devon Arthurs converted to Islam, and it made him a traitor (note what he says about “my country” as opposed to the US) and a killer. Meanwhile, the enemedia and the Tampa PD will no doubt be quick to tell us he was “mentally ill,” and that this has nothing to do with the Religion of Peace. It never does.

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Tampa police say a double homicide suspect told them he killed two roommates because they disrespected his Muslim faith.
During an interview, 18-year-old Devon Arthurs admitted to the shooting deaths of Jeremy Himmelman and Andrew Oneschuk, and said they all used to be friends and shared neo-Nazi beliefs. Arthurs says he later converted to Muslim, and became angry with the world’s anti-Muslim sentiment. He told police he wanted to bring attention to his cause.
The double homicide happened Friday night on Amberly Drive in New Tampa.
Tampa police were called to the Green Planet Smoke Shop and say Arthurs was holding three people at gunpoint. According to the police report, Arthurs told them he killed someone and was upset over America bombing his Muslim countries.
When police showed up, they convinced Arthurs to let the hostages go and eventually handcuffed him.
The police report says Arthurs then made references to, “Allah Mohammed!” and told police, “I had to do it. This wouldn’t have had to happen if your country didn’t bomb my country.”…
Police found two men, later identified as Himmelman and Oneschuk, dead inside the apartment from gunshot wounds.

This is sad, but makes me angry at the same time! Wake up people! The parents of those young men will grieve forever! So much for the religion of peace! The thing you need to think about…..the killer said they were all neo-nazis, but he converted, well his friends didn’t harm him because he converted to a opposite belief! But he felt justified!!

I remember in L.A. the members of a Hare Krishna temple invited me in for some sort of rice drink — which I was reluctant to drink because I thought they might spike it.

I knew a fellow in San Francisco who would go to the Krishna temple for the free food – I can attest that the food they served was excellent!
This guy was a bit of a “smart Alec” (does anyone use that expression today?) who told me what suckers the Krishna people were to be feeding him so well – and just for his showing up for some chanting and prayer.
Naturally, I saw him again a year later on a subway platform in Manhattan – in full Hare Krishna regalia!
That was the early Seventies – a different world…

Right, although you might wish to update yourself regarding that particular case. The affidavit was sealed for a week only and the attackers have recently been sentenced. This was indeed a heinous crime but the link which I note you post frequently infers the records were permanently sealed and this is incorrect.

you just need to seal it for few weeks so media lose interest and public stays clueless. That is the idea of temporary ban.

Quite. But there are two points to be made from this case. 1) The danger of unvetted immigration from countries whose culture and belief system is at variance with western civilisation and 2) The effect of sealing records to prevent public disclosure of relevant information. You need to include this later explanation, which you do well in your comments above, when you post the link otherwise you are intentionally misleading readers who may conclude that the records were permanently sealed.

The main point of that article is not that the case was sealed temporarily but that so called muslim “refugees” don’t even spare Aid workers helping them settle down .

“unvetted immigration from countries whose culture and belief system is at variance with western civilisation” is not the issue. chinese , Vietnamese , Phillipinos etc assimilate and do not go around killing others who follow different belief system than what they do.
Its only Islam that Preaches killing non muslims as their duty as muslim, to please allah and gain 72 virgins in heaven (jannat). Its different matter that they will go to hell and get 72 virgin pigs instead. LOL !

The culture and belief system of Nazi Germany and Japan was an issue for American immigration policy in the 1940s as was the culture and belief system of communist China, Russia, Cuba, and North Korea in the 1950s and subsequent decades.

In my 72 years on this world I have seen several people convert from a life of self-serving to a life of serving Christ. Inevitably, they become at peace, loving, more patient and though their zeal is sometimes overt, their intent is always for good. I have also, in the last few years, seen many stories of those who convert to Islam. These conversions turn many, although not all, of these people into murderers. There is a big difference between being willing to die for your religion and wanting to kill others for your religion. These two observations are all I need to know about which God I wish to follow. Any religion that spurs a person to cruelty should be shown for what it is and not covered in cliche’s about how peaceful it is. Don’t we have enough terrorist attacks to show this, or do we need more?
