In 1980, Sneineh, along with four other Palestinians, opened fire and hurled grenades at a group of yeshiva students who were on their way to Hebron’s Beit Hadassah neighborhood from the Cave of the Patriarchs. Six Jewish students, including two dual American-Israeli citizens and a Canadian national, were murdered in the terror attack, and as many as 20 more Israeli students were injured.The Palestinian terrorists were convicted of murder and each were sentenced to life in prison, but were released in several prisoner exchange deals with Israel during the 1980s. Sneineh was released in 1983.

In response to Sneineh’s election, Consul General of Israel in New York Dani Dayan tweeted, “His previous career achievements? He assassinated 6 six Jewish students.”

Davidi Ben Sion, deputy head of the Shomron Regional Council, noted that during President Donald Trump’s visit to Israel this month, the American leader “is likely to push for some kind of diplomatic process between Israel and the Arabs, the same Arabs who today elected a mayor and a murderer.”

“Mr. President…If you have self-respect, reconsider your visit to [Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud] Abbas, who denies the Holocaust and encourages murder,” Ben Sion said, reported The Jerusalem Post.

From the article, IMPORTANT: “Hebron is a Palestinian city located in Judea in Israel”.

It is NOT a city located in some Two-State Mecca on the so-called West Bank. It should be a Jewish city in JUDEA, part of Biblical Israel. One of the most holy sites to Judaism and Christianity is located in this city (Machpelah) where many patriarchs from Abraham onward are buried.

One more reason why Israel needs to rout out the Palestinian terrorist leadership and their sympathizers, and reclaim all of Judea-Samaria into the modern Jewish State. Does Israel have the will to do so in our lifetime?

Do not blame terrorist and those who DESIGNATED him as their “mayor” (I do not wish to use misleading word “elected” in this context), blame those who released him from prison, who foolishly thought that they will gain “land for peace” or believed in those “prisoner exchanges.” FOOLS!!! Most of those fools are dead by now (he was released in 1983) – contemporary Jews living in Israel are paying price, and no “peace” is on sight.

When meeting palestinian terrorists, President Trump, will hopefully take advantage of having their undivided attention, informing them that if they continue their present course of not accepting Israel, palestinians will remain the gutter dwellers that they are, only worse.
