In the city that used to be detroit, many Somalia and Yemenese store and gas station owners have been convicted of food stamp fraud, ie paying 50 cents on the dollar for the full value of the food stamps. We see the local Somalian Muslim Refugees in the Publix Store every Friday sending the money they got from the refugee program back to their families in Somalia via Western Union. They have been here for years and never bothered to learn English, get a job, or join our society. Publix has to use a 3rd party to translate and communicate with them.
