Denmark stripped the citizenship of a Denmark-born Muslim ISIS fighter

Surprising that Denmark would be at the forefront of fighting jihad terror, but this is an important step in the right direction. Any Muslim who joins the jihad should be stripped of his or her citizenship.
Enes Ciftci became the first Danish native to lose his citizenship.

Danish court strips Islamic State fighter of citizenship

Reuters, April 1, 2017:

COPENHAGEN (Reuters) – A Danish court on Friday stripped the citizenship of a 25-year former pizzeria owner who was convicted last year of fighting for Islamic State (IS) in Syria.

The lawyer for the Danish-Turkish man — who during his trial denied fighting for IS but admitted working as a baker for the group in Syria — told broadcaster TV2 his client would appeal Friday’s ruling.

The court order comes at a time of growing concerns about increased radicalization among Muslims in Europe in the wake of attacks in countries such as France, Germany and Britain.

Danish media identified the man Enes Ciftci, who was born and raised in Denmark.

Ciftci was originally sentenced to seven years in prison for allowing himself to be recruited in 2013 by IS to commit attacks in Syria, but allowed to keep his passport. Prosecutors appealed that sentence, leading to Friday’s hearing.

Last year, Denmark’s Supreme Court stripped a Danish-Moroccan bookseller of his citizenship after he was jailed for inciting terrorism.

Since he has already appealed his case once, the judicial system shouldn’t waste another cent of the taxpayers’ money on this scum.

I have to laugh at how the article describes the jihadist as a “lunatic” (origin in belief the moon changes causes mental illness) which goes well with the crescent moon on the muslamic flag.

karl59: Of what value is Demark’s taking away the citizenship of a person who doesn’t really value it at all?
A “good start” would have been to execute this Muslim as an enemy combatant upon his return from fighting for ISIS.
Anything less is insane.

A better start might be to never have allowed him to reenter, but, if they do, a short drop and a quick stop.

Well, it could mean that the “Social Contract” gets terminated and then he has to work or beg for every little thing. At least, that’s a saving.

Interesting. I was wondering what would happen if terrorists were stripped of citizenship.

Denmark has a lot of good qualities. I seem to remember they were the first country to abolish slavery, in the 1790s or so.

High quality people as a rule, unfortunately crammed into a small space, with the much more powerful German state just to the south, squeezing the Danes into a smaller and smaller territory, for example when the Germans seized the territory needed to build the Kiel Canal.

Well, if he can’t take a joke, f**k him. Let Denmark take a plane with him and several of his filthy friends on board out over the mid-Atlantic and ‘drop him off.’ If he can swim back home, he gets his citizenship back.

“Surprising that Denmark”. Not surprising. Danish and French newspapers were the only ones that had the balls to print Mohammed cartoons – and people paid with their lives. No newspaper here in the US had the balls.

I don’t think you understand the magnitude of the cartoons. With a single cartoon the fascism of Muslims had been shown. Also the master-slave relation they are planning for the West was shown: not only were people in the West killed, but they threatened to repeat the massacres if we would react the way we should have done: publish even more of them to assert freedom of speech. And their hypocrisy: for years we heard that the Muslim world wanted a dialogue. With the cartoon affair it became obvious that the dialogue could only be on their term: they are the victims. Remember that the cartoons weren’t in their countries, but in ours: this shows you the Islamic imperial ambitions.

Denmark: Get serious!
Stripping this Danish born Muslim of his Danish citizenship is an act of absolutely NO IMPORTANCE or significance to the Muslim; maybe that’s why this Muslim is grinning like a cheshire cat in the picture.
Muslims don’t consider themselves to be citizens of any of the non-Muslim countries to which they have immigrated; they consider themselves to be citizens only and exclusively of the ummah (the world Muslim community).
The OIC (the Organization of Islamic Cooperation) represents that community.
Any citizen of any non-Muslim country who leaves that country to fight for ISIS and returns to that country should be executed as an enemy combatant immediately upon return!
To not do so is pure insanity.comment image

Way to go, Denmark. Of all the countries in the EU, only Sweden and Britain are left cliinging to the fantasy of a glorious multicultural future, refusing to accept the irrefutable evidence that some cultures are just not compatible with their own. The last remaining countries where political correctness stifles all debate on Third World immigration and forbids any criticism of ethinc “minorities”.

This seems like the “day late and a dollar short” solution like putting a band-aid on a gunshot. Maybe putting a finger in the dike is a good thing but that sea of other muslamics is about to drown that country. Still its better than falling over and playing dead.

Danish officials are not as idiot as their Swedish counterparts. Still they could have done much more to prevent this muslim invasion.

What are they going to do with this non-citizen? Here in America, we had the story about a man sentenced to live out his life on ship, the Man Without a Country. Is Exile an option? If so, where does he go? Will anyone take him? There was a fellow in ancient Greece who was offered Exile or Death. That’s when Socrates drank the hemlock tea.

Irrelevant. Until they start either deporting them on the spot or executing them on the spot, they’ve done nothing. So far, it’s just legal masturbation.

What have they done except strip citizenship from a moslem who doesn’t consider himself to be a citizen to begin with? These types of things are only quarter measures to make it appear as if the leftist government is actually doing something. Until the mollusk is either gone or dead, nothing has been done.

I admire the Danish government and justice system. They “put their money where their mouth is” and hold these war criminals responsible for their actions.
Now we need to see that same action by the Swedish government. 90% of the immigration
there, need to be deported, if not more than that.
