I would like to know where this is published in Italy so I can tell my friends and family. Based on personal knowledge I can tell you that Italy is at a low simmer: Italians are famous for their patience, until they lose it, then watch out. Unlike Germany and Sweden, an attempt to initiate the sexual assault racket in Italy will cause the pot to boil over. Nonetheless, I cannot believe the transformation. There are women arguing at the security checkpoints in airports, refusing to take off their face masks, there is blatant disregard for the culture and traditions of the native population and there are areas that used to be perfectly safe that are now like third world hell holes. Despite all of this, I believe Italy had its fill of Nazism last time around. They’ll be the next ones out of the Eurozone and that’s when all hell will break loose…

Even though I speak & read Italian, I think a translation into English should have been provided for those who are not fluent in Italian. Parts of it are easy to understand because there are many cognates between the two languages.

It’s taking a long time for Europe to reach the tipping point…but I do believe the people in Italy are on the cusp. Perhaps a second Renaissance…Italy was the site of the first one.
