Iraq SHUTS DOWN Hillary Clinton’s Favorite Channel AL JAZEERA for ‘Instigating VIOLENCE’

Al Jazeera has repeatedly come under fire from the Iraqi authorities for coverage too friendly to ISIS. I have long warned of the terror network’s propaganda to incite to jihad. But the left in America embraced it. Al Gore sold his failed network to Al Jazeera (refusing to consider Glenn Beck’s offer). Hillary Clinton lauded these bloody propagandists.

NPR: Secretary of State Hillary Clinton went out of her way to single out the Al Jazeera TV news network….. “You’ve got a global — a set of global networks — that Al Jazeera has been the leader in, that are literally changing people’s minds and attitudes,” Clinton told members of the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

Another Islamic supremacist stooge in the White House? Haven’t we had enough?

Iraq shuts Al Jazeera bureau for ‘instigating violence’ By Al Arabiya, April 29, 2016 (thanks to Lookmann):
Al Jazeera has repeatedly come under fire from the Iraqi authorities for coverage perceived as too friendly to ISIS and hostile to the country’s Shiite majority (File Photo: Reuters)

The Iraqi authorities have shut down the Al Jazeera channel’s Baghdad office, accusing Qatar’s state-funded TV network of inciting violence and sectarianism.

Iraq’s Communications and Media Commission (CMC) sent the Al Jazeera Media Network a letter informing it of a March 24 decision to withdraw the bureau’s license and close its office for one year.

The letter cited “your continuing violations and offences and persistent media discourse instigating violence and sectarianism.”

In a statement issued Wednesday, the Doha-based news network, one of the largest in the region, said that it had not violated regulations or deviated from professional and objective coverage.

Al Jazeera has repeatedly come under fire from the Iraqi authorities for coverage perceived as too friendly to ISIS and hostile to the country’s Shiite majority.

The network’s foreign staff were already unable to enter Iraq because the authorities had made it difficult for them to obtain visas, the network’s Iraqi bureau chief Walid Ibrahim told AFP.

The CMC’s decision contradicts the Iraqi government’s “commitment to guarantee freedom of expression”, Al Jazeera said.

Ziad Ajili, from the Journalistic Freedoms Observatory, condemned the move, saying that the CMC does not have direct authority to close media offices in Iraq.

Iraqi leaders have accused Gulf monarchies of not doing enough to fight ISIS militants and in some cases of directly supporting them.

Qatar is accused by many in Iraq of having intentionally sponsored hardline Sunni groups to counter the expanding influence of Iran and Shiite Islam in the region.

I didn’t think there were any buildings left in Iraq capable of transmitting tv, let alone Al Jazeera.

More so, he is a brain dead socialist, they have a propensity of financial insanity coupled with a belief that borrowed money for social machinations is fiscally prudent. As well as opening borders, which has the effect of keeping the poor in poverty while increasing their numbers with those that once had something.

It is a terrible lie not to tell the truth. It is also less painful to be reasonably honest, in the long run, short term gain equals long term pain, inverse also true. As a german I know says, “so bald bekommen wir alt so spät wir schlau” so soon we get old so late we get smart. Heaven has a sense of humour, we spend out lives getting “experience” that we never get to use.

Your German friend seems right to me. I am 73, a widow, a retired teacher and pastor. I now have some knowledge and experience, but from time to time it feels wasted to me. Bernard Shaw said, ‘Youth is wasted on the young’. Perhaps knowledge and experience are wasted on the old?

Sure looks like it, after decades of experience, it is very rare, for me anyway, to come across a situation where I can use previous experience. The only thing that seems to get dusted off every once in a while are various problem solving techniques.

From your take on evolution, do you think the world’s problems may be evolving at the same time as the people we choose as ‘leaders’ are regressing?

Mahou Shoujo

Yes, there is evidence to validate that the “law of inverse proportionality” is applicable to social evolution, so to speak, assuming evolution is a factor in politics, the more active a political administration is involved in social movement, the more regressive it becomes. Communism, islam, being two examples thereof.

Lia

Your two examples are well-chosen and most illustrative. Of course, the present Russian rôle in the Middle East worry me, for many of the years of my life were spent under the shadow of the ‘cold war’ and the threat of communism. I find it very difficult to know and feel that Russia is now friend instead of foe somewhere at the back of my mind is a little ‘can’t be’-niggle.

True, having spent years fearing Russia, it is hard to grasp the concept that the Russians are now the good guys. Americans are great people, but they have been lead astray by their democrats and dishonest administration. Nature abhors a vacuum, American foreign diplomacy has left a one that Russia has filled.

I struggle with that dichotomy (but I liked Mr Putin’s remark, ‘How can I be a thug? I used to work for the KGB!’) I know the Russian Orthodox Church seems to trust Mr Putin, but I find it difficult to overcome my inbred distrust of Russia.

Merely a fact. Muslims can behave decently if they want to, unfortunately they life under a constant death threat from the subhumans that follow every word of the qur’an.

The horror for most muslims, I think, is not that they may be imprisoned, tortured, beheaded, crucified for not agreeing with every word in the qur’an, but that these things may be done to their families. An honest muslim must first ensure that he/she has no hostages to islam.

If I remember correctly, it was an egyptian doctor of islamic theology. It is true, very few people would endure the oppression of submission to islam, given a choice. Not every muslim wants to be one, but the alternative is being dead.

Ever hear about this guy and how he actually did save the world?

In 1983, a Russian air defence officer named Stanislav Petrov watched his computer display as it showed what looked like five American missiles closing in on Russia. Rather than reporting to his superiors that the enemy was launching a nuclear strike, Petrov gambled that the attack was really a glitch and instead informed Moscow only that his equipment was malfunctioning. The 44-year-old lieutenant colonel reported later that he imagined a real surprise nuclear strike would have involved hundreds or thousands of missiles, not five.

Although, Petrov received no formal recognition from Moscow for his cool headedness, when details of the incident emerged years later, he was showered with praise. In 2004, the American-based Association of World Citizens awarded Petrov a $1000 prize for his contributions to mankind. Two years later, he was invited to appear before United Nations and in 2012 received the German Media Award. Earlier this year, Petrov was granted the $32,000 Dresden Prize for averting World War Three.

Despite all the attention, the 74-year-old retiree claims he’s no hero. “I was simply doing my job,” he said in a 2006 document

This may be more about Sunni/Shia hostility than actual support for ISIS by Al Jazeera. The Shia in Iraq rule, and they don’t like the Sunni. The Sunni, when seen from a distance, don’t look too different than their ISIS brethren, though most Sunni may not support them at all there in Iraq since Sunni and ISIS are in competition. So not too hard to imagine the Shia Iraqi government to falsely accusing Al Jazeera of supporting ISIS just to get rid of them, even though Al Jazeera may not in fact support ISIS.

Just out of morbid curiosity I took a quick look at their broadcasts here in the US. About five minutes was more than plenty. Their standard operating procedure is to concentrate coverage on the seamy side of news trends, trying to represent that as being the norm. Bush 43 does not know how many took seriously his jest about blowing the network off the face of the earth.

hillary, like other rather vapid democrats, are so introspective that they can only see the world in terms of their ego’s. These dullards have not made even a cursory study of islam. One does not “pick and choose” which parts of the qur’an are acceptable. Either shari’a is submitted to, or death for not doing so. It is not as if a person can get a bacon burger and beer at the mosque cafeteria, after prayers, or practice a “live and let live” way of life.
