Woman With Cancer Finds Loving Home for Her Aussie Posse After Public Plea

Kathleen Zuidema took to Facebook to try and find a new home for her three beloved dogs after a heartbreaking cancer diagnosis. Her post quickly went viral and eventually reached Danielle Cochran who was more than happy to adopt the trio. The two women both live on a tiny island in Washington State, but had never met!
