The cruelest fate awaits this child if terror-tied CAIR is successful. This child should be placed in a non-Muslim home and never know who her parents were. That would be her only hope for a happy life. But Sharia law mandates that Muslim children must be placed in a Muslim home, and so Hamas-CAIR, designated a terror organization by the United Arab Emirates, is likely to be successful in this effort. If it meets any roadblocks, it will cry “Islamofauxbia,” and all opposition will disappear.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations – Greater Los Angeles Area office (CAIR-LA) is helping Saira Khan obtain custody of her six-old month niece, the child left orphaned by the jihadist couple who massacred 14 people and wounded 21 others in a terrorist attack in San Bernardino last week.

Mrs. Khan is the sister of Syed Farook who carried out the terrorist attack in San Bernardino, California with his wife Tashfeen Malik.
CAIR-LA said its priority is to ensure the child is placed with a Muslim foster family.
Currently, the child, whose name is not being released, is in the custody of the San Bernardino County Child Protective Services.
Experts have predicted blood relatives will not win custody of the child, notes Fox News.
Nevertheless, the child’s aunt and uncle on her father’s side, assisted by an attorney with CAIR-LA, moved to obtain custody at an initial hearing today.
“Early this morning, Saira Khan and her mother attended an initial hearing relating to the custody of her six-month-old niece, the surviving child of Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik, “ says CAIR-LA in a statement. “Fatima Dadabhoy, an attorney with the Council on American-Islamic Relations – Greater Los Angeles Area office (CAIR-LA) was with the family.”
“A second hearing has been scheduled for January,” it continues. “The family is naturally distraught at the separation and are eagerly awaiting to obtain custody of the six-month-old girl. CAIR-LA is working to make sure that the baby is placed with a Muslim foster family while she remains in the custody of San Bernardino County Child Protective Services. It is also working with the family to ensure that the child is swiftly reunited with her family.”
CAIR has been designated a terrorist organization by the United Arab Emirates and was named by federal prosecutors as an unindicted co-conspirator in a funding operation linked to the terrorist group Hamas.
Hussam Ayloush, director of CAIR-LA, said the United States is “partly responsible” for the San Bernardino attack by by the jihadist couple, whom authorities say had been “radicalized for quite some time.” Malik, Farook’s wife reportedly pledged allegiance to the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL) moments after the shooting began.
The murderous couple reportedly left their daughter at their Redlands, California home Wednesday with Rafia Farook, the gunman’s mother, saying they were on their way to a doctor’s appointment.
Instead, the couple drove to the Inland Regional Center, a state social services facility in San Bernardino, where they opened fired on Farook’s co-workers during a holiday party.
Saira Khan, Farook’s sister, and her husband reportedly expressed horror and shock at the couple’s actions after the attack.
“Farook and Saira Khan’s mother, Rafia, who appeared in Family Court Monday with Saira, has not spoken to the press but reportedly told authorities that–despite living in the home with her son, daughter-in-law and baby granddaughter–had no idea of the couple’s radical orientation or murderous intentions,” notes Fox News.
Saira Khan’s husband, Farhan Khan, confirmed to Fox News that the girl was not released to the family Monday. The Khan couple have two children of their own.

“For the time being, we want her to enjoy her innocence,” Saira Khan told ABC News. “You know, we don’t want her to know everything, but I think eventually she will find out probably on her own.”
“It’s harder for us to understand, especially knowing that he was our brother and he was so happy with her,” added Saira Khan, referring to suspected shooter Farook. “How can he leave his only child, you know? And how could the mother do this?”
Mrs. Khan described the Dec. 2 rampage as “horrific,” reports ABC News.
“We can’t begin to imagine what they’re going through,” she added, referring to the victim.
“We feel for them,” also said Mrs. Khan.

They will obtain custody of the baby, and, then, when the investigation proceeds and they are charged as accomplices in the attack, will ask for leniency for the sake of the baby they need to raise!

Can a child be properly raised in a family of terrorist sympathizers? There are lots of muslims who are decent people, hopefully to fulfill the letter of the law, a decent muslim family will apply for and get custody of the child. Shia and sunni are violent, the Ismaili, Baha’is and Ahmadiyya’s not so much. If cair want to play by the rules, then all players involved have the same rules.

In traditional warfare the offspring is not allowed to live for a reason. We consider the baby innocent in our culture. In their culture the baby has status due to the actions of her parents. That alone amounts to indoctrination. Because the parents were defective and criminal the only way the child’s innocence can be respected and chance for unburdened life is to place her with an American Christian family. Perhaps Arab Christian. Even better – a Jewish family. We are not a sharia law nation. We do NOT honor the wishes of heinous criminals – the worst of humanity, nor do we honor the wishes of associates or affiliates in any way. We could also consider that the infant is poison to any society due to her parents choices – it’s in her DNA – and not allow her to prove it by not allowing her to reach maturity. But our concept of civilized doesn’t do that. Why don’t we hear what friends and family of the victims want for this baby?

We should try and be a bit more civilized that the sub humans that islam is becoming increasingly populated with. The infant had nothing to do with the issue, what needs to be done is assure she becomes a normal useful member of society.

Exactly. We are not Sharia nation. We reject Sharia in every instance. Anybody who wants Sharia law is welcome to move to a nation that has it. In our law and our culture the baby is best off away from those killers and killer apologists. She is best off never knowing her parentage and the evil baggage should not burden her.

Absolutely, cair has no business trying to influence a judgment based on islamic law. The judge is to decide what is right for the child. this infant is not to be used as an islamic propaganda tool. Send the child anonymously to Alaska or Hawaii.

Why a Muslim family? Obama said that jihadists aren’t Muslim; so the kid’s parents weren’t Muslim, and the kid can be placed with anyone. In fact, the kid ought to be place with a non-Muslim family, so we can be sure she won’t be exposed to bad influences.

Yes, well…. that poor orphan baby. CAIR just had to step in to supply the sympathy factor and play the perennial victimhood card. See, the murdered co-workers are not to be seen as the victims. The family of the jihadis have to be painted as the victims. If anyone really cared about the well being of that baby, the parents would not have been terrorists.

(a.k.a. Drew the Infidel) — Since every case has to stand on its own merits, it is premature to predict the outcome of this one as though it were a sporting event. A good guess is that by the time the FBI investigation runs its course the family’s ties to terror will make its claims to custody something far less than a foregone conclusion.
