This is Islamic deceit. Let’s also teach about 9-5, slaying pagans, 9-29, fighting Christians and Jews, 2-193, fighting until the religion is supreme. I think we need 2 re-institute the Pledge Of Allegiance in our schools because we have 2 many people coming into this country who act like they hate it yet they want all the benefits of being here. When I was a little girl every class room has an American flag in it & at least in grade school we said the pledge each morning.
If those who come here cannot make a pledge 2 support America they shouldn’t be allowed 2 stay.

I am a PROUD ‘islamophobe’!

LISTEN CAREFULLY: I am a Lt Col in the United States Military and I teach at one of the US Military’s mid-level officer professional military education schools. We have dozens of Muslim students (officers in their countries’ services) from dozens of countries around the world among our student body. After meeting hundreds of such students, I can say without a doubt that the more devoted these individuals are to Islam, the less they conform to and agree with Western ideas of morality (no surprise there and this can be argued away by saying that’s their culture). However, what is also striking is the correlation of the more dedicated they are to Islam the lower their critical thinking ability, rational thought ability, etc. By and large, they are capable of only understanding concepts in whatever way they were first taught to see them or, for new concepts to them, only able to understand them in a way related to a concept they already understand. Many times this equates to “in sh’Allah”, which translates to “I’m not going to make an effort to understand this, much less try to improve it”. The less devout Muslims (read: rejecting much of Islamic thinking and culture) and virtually all Western, Asian, Latin American, and even African students are high level critical thinkers and are capable of readily understanding the logic behind varying points of view.

I remember Comparative (World) Religions, seems like a century ago, however other than than the broad overall general theme of the ideology the focus moved on to what influence and change it exerted over the rest of the World during its apex of power.

The danger is just as it was in the 50s. This is the big reason religion was was taken out of the classroom. The teaching, inference or naming one religion over and over or teaching the ideaology of that religio more so than any any other sways young minds. Consider that the human brain doesn’t stop developing until around age 26. By relative ages wer’re able to move into certain areas. CAIR knows very well early introduction to Islam will prime a young mind for the whole future since they have a strong advocacy at the Universty Freshman level to pick up again. Pamela is right based on the Muslim Brotherhood the programs work. Yes schools have a responsibility to teach kids about all aspects of however there is a line and that is religious practice, in depth knowledge over and above all other religions being taught and so forth.
Now the the big question CAIR knows the Constitutional limits on this. There doesn’t even need to be a new law in Tennessee just an Administrative order at the head of the Dept of Education. This way you avoid a precedent if you lose. However WHY IS IT CRUCIAL TO CAIR THAT ISLAM BE TAUGHT AT THE 7th GRADE LEVEL WITH A RECITATION OF THE SHADAH? Your answer is the elephant in front of you.

Islam has no place in our schools unless they are teaching the facts – for instance:that it was cobbled together hundreds of years after Christ died from bits n pieces of other religions and it didn’t become popular until Mohammed ‘revealed’ they could rob caravans and be forgiven by Allah. Then it became quite popular and as Islam became a haven for thieves, murderers, rapists and other disaffected Arabs it took off, becoming an ideology (NOT a religion) of conquest. And so it remains. There is no room for Islam under our Constitution and it should not be welcome here.

Hmmm… I don’t remember learning the 10 commandments, or Our Father in public school. I guess my school district was anti-Catholic/Christian. Yea right, can you imagine how that claim would fly?

What a joke! Just because the school district is not promoting Islam, they claim they are discriminating.

Why is a “bill” required for people to just understand the basic fact that no religion shall ever be taught in public schools, no matter how “important” or “relevant” such teachings might seem to some people. You can teach “about” religions as long as you teach about their historical relevance here and there but no teaching “of” a religion, no memorization of the “shahada” or anything of that nature, no baptisms, etc. Islam is really starting to dominate our public schools and teachers are too cowed and “respectfuL of this primitive moon god cult that is in fact BLOODTHIRSTY ISLAMOFASCISM disguised as a meek and mild gentle infiltration and subversion force to destroy the USA.
