Today, Christians make up just 1 percent of the mainly Muslim population of the Palestinian territories; in 1920, they were a tenth of the population of Palestine. They face extinction by the very jihadists that The Vatican has seen fit to reward. Ethnic cleansing and creed apartheid given sanction and legitimacy. Monstrous.

1933 redux: Vatican signs treaty with terror state
Exclusive: Pamela Geller declares, ‘Israel is the land of the Jews’
Just as with Nazi Germany, the Vatican is on the wrong side of history – again.
In a supreme act of dhimmitude and submission, the Vatican has signed a treaty with the terror entity, euphemistically known as “the state of Palestine.” AP reported that “the Vatican signed a treaty with the ‘State of Palestine’ on Friday, saying it hoped its legal recognition of the state would help stimulate peace with Israel and that the treaty itself would serve as a model for other Mideast countries. Vatican Foreign Minister Paul Gallagher and his Palestinian counterpart, Riad al-Malki, signed the treaty at a ceremony inside the Vatican.”
The Vatican saying that it hoped its “legal recognition of the state would help stimulate peace with Israel” is just some of the absurd babble that has accompanied this “treaty.” Why would the Vatican’s recognition of the “State of Palestine” help stimulate peace with Israel? If the jihadists got official recognition from the Vatican by refusing to make peace and refusing to ever recognize the Jewish state, why would it lead to “peace”? Terrorism works, why stop?
Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely said: “The Palestinians continue to act unilaterally which distances us from any chance of holding direct dialogue. I regret that the Vatican decided to participate in a step that blatantly ignores the history of the Jewish people in Israel and Jerusalem. Any attempt by the Palestinians, or any other actor to undermine our historic right to Jerusalem and our country will met by staunch opposition by us.”
And Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesman Emmanuel Nahshon emphasized that the treaty was one-sided, in that it made no acknowledgement of “the historic rights of the Jewish people in the Land of Israel and to the places holy to Judaism in Jerusalem.” Another Israel spokesman “expressed disappointment when the Vatican announced last month that it had reached final agreement with the ‘State of Palestine’on the treaty regulating the life of the Catholic Church in the Palestinian territories.”
“Disappointment” is a mild word for it. “Outrage” and “disgust” would be more fitting. Decades of terror and slaughter are now being rewarded by the central governing body of the Catholic Church. Refusal to live side by side with the tiny Jewish state is rewarded with official recognition from the Vatican.
The wholesale slaughter of Christians by the very same adherents to the ideology of the “Palestinian state” is largely ignored by the Vatican. Instead, sweeping declarations of idiocy are issued with solemnity such as “equating Islam with violence was wrong.” And so on.
Christians are being slaughtered in a brutal genocide in the jihad raging in the region, and the Holy See is rewarding their executioners.
France also recently recognized the “Palestinian state,” and we see how well that is working out for them – with jihad terror attacks in Paris at the Charlie Hebdo offices and the Hyper Cacher kosher supermarket in January, and at the Air Products gas company offices in Grenoble last week. The Vatican can expect the same.
Moreover, the Vatican’s recognition of a “State of Palestine” is without any foundation in history or anything else. There is no “Palestinian” ethnicity: It was invented by the Soviet Union and Yasir Arafat in the 1960s as a weapon to destroy the state of Israel. There never has been an independent state of Palestine. No Kingdom of Palestine, no republic of Palestine, nothing. Not ever in history. The flag of Palestine flag circa 1939 featured a Star of David: It was a Jewish polity.
Lest we forget, after defeating the Jews, Rome changed Israel’s name to Palestina to humiliate them. Palestina was a name derived from that of biblical Israel’s worst enemy, the Philistines. Israel is Palestine. A more fitting name for the terror state of “Palestine” would be “Philistine.”
And before there ever was a Vatican, Jews lived in Israel. No Vatican declaration can change reality: Israel is the land of the Jews.

FEAR. Absolutely deplorable of the Vatican but I’m sure it’s all about fear of reprisal and they probably have been threatened. Still, where is Trust in God!? Where is setting the right example for the Church?
The pope is consistent with other world leaders…self-serving, useless.

you know years back I worked with a guy he was Catholic I ask him if you go out get drunk and have sex with another mans wife and you die before you can go to confession and pay the priest to pray for your sins to be forgiven what happens to your soul?( a job you should do your self) his answer just die and go straight to hell he guess. to me why should I pay some one to pray my sins be forgiven. that is my job. I can ask for people to help me pray to be forgiven and stay strong in Christ. but I don’t pay them.

The Roman Catholic Church is about as Christian or Godly as The Nazis or islam. They are all three political entities that have nothing whatsoever to do with God as much as power and control.

I am 57 years old and a practicing catholic my whole life, but I am done with the church. I cannot go on making excuses for its leaders who are pathetic cowards and morally corrupt. I have spent the last few days writing letters to bishops, cardinal sean O’Malley, since I am from Boston area, and the pope’s spokesman, Fr. Rosica about the despicable betrayal of our brothers and sisters in God and to God Himself. I have been sickened for some time about the naivete’ or plain dhimmitude cowardice they display with the charade of there “outreach” with Islam, which they gormlessly tell you is going swell, while islamonazis continue the genocide on Christains and Jews all over the Lavant and elsewhere. The codswallop offered up by Pope Prevaricate, on top of his capitulation to the green (formally Red ) movement on the climate nonsense, was the final straw. And I can assure you that many catholics feel the same. Even my mother told me she has had enough….and she is the most devout catholic I ever knew.

STOP RIGHT THEIR SCOTT! God sent me to tell you this. Do not leave the church. Continue to receive the sacraments. The Vatican is not the same thing as the church. The church is my bride and it is made up of people like you. Don’t forsake it because of the wolves in the Vatican. Read about the situation at novusordowatch.com. Satan thinks he will conquer the church but he is wrong again. The man I am using to write this is also 57 and was snatched back from the edge of the abyss. This is not a simple black and white issue. The intrigue and lies of the Vatican will cause many miters to fall into hell but in the end I will come again in clouds of glory and rule justly. Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him.

The only churches who are actually protesting about Islamic attacks on Christians are the Orthodox churches, Russian , Greek, Armenian all have protested except for the Catholic and Anglican libtards, Christians switch your churches become orthodox, all the western church leaders are like our politicians just in the job for what they can scam out of it,ie self interest but that term is too polite for the thieving morally corrupt flim flam artists who pose as western leaders.

Palestine is a Jewish State under international law. Both the Arab People and the Jewish People claimed Palestine after WWI in 1919 at the Paris Peace Conference. The Allied Principal War Powers who had won the territory in a defensive war recognized the Jewish People as owning the collective political rights to self-determination in Palestine in 1920 at San Remo, implicitly rejecting the Arab claim.
This is what the Intelligence Section of the American Peace Negotiators said on January 21, 1919:
