If you recall back in February, my legal team AFLC submitted an FOIA request at my request for the expenses paid to the the Garland School District by the sponsors of the Stand with Islam conference in support of sharia restrictions on free speech in the wake of Charlie Hebdo jihad slaughter. It took months, but we finally got it. We had to chase it through two state Attorney General opinions about what they could withhold based upon the threat of litigation. At first the state attorney general said they could withhold them, but then after the event was held and there was no longer a viable threat of litigation from us, the Attorney General ruled that they must release it.
As to the substance, Muslim groups paid next to nothing for security for their sharia conference in the same room, same venue.
The messaging: the School District, even anticipating non-Muslims protesting the Stand with the Prophet affair, knew that non-Muslims would not engage in violence and purposefully and rationally did not require more security. We held a rally in defense of free speech attended by thousands, but no extra security was required. Everybody knows the score.

Our group was charged roughly $10,000 for security when we booked the school district’s arena as the site of the May 3 “Muhammed Art Exhibit and Contest” — the same site at the Muslim event.
Garland ISD claimed they charge security costs in all contracts that involve the Curtis Culwell Center arena. It was the first time AFDI had to pay police in addition to private security expenses. We had a Ground Zero mosque protest that drew over 35,000 people. Police presence was intense and we didn’t pay a dime.
However, when the shoe is on the other foot as it were, or shall we say the protestors are on the Muslim side of the street, the School District wisely and rationally required a greater police presence and cost.
It all worked out well, and the story here is that this disproves any real threat of “Islamophobic violence,” versus the threat from Islamic violence.
Everybody knows.

Back on February 17th, I asked this question: Did the Islamic supremacists who organized the “Stand With the Prophet” conference against free speech, held in the same venue as our event in Garland, Texas, have to pay $10,000 for the extra security provided?
The short answer, finally, is no.
We will be reviewing our legal options — but of course in retrospect these charges are absolutely justifiable. At some point the government can’t make private citizens pay for an army, since that is the government’s responsibility.
Further, the government cannot continue to deny the very real danger of jihad and sharia while simultaneously charging private citizens $10,000 for police protection for that very real threat.

She has private security wherever she travels. It comes out of her funds. As far as general police protection in Garland. If extra personnel were called which otherwise would not be for a private event then she once again should be obligated to pay.

They then host Geller but force her to pay them to protect her from the muslims they hosted for free – a double standard.
Then, in response to someone saying that, since they had justified charging her (as if she were the dangerous one, for “inciting” the criminals) but not the muslim criminals (who actually caused the violence) they should have to pay her back.
Then YOU SAY: “she once again should be obligated to pay.”

My first reaction: What discrimination!! My second reaction: The FBI or Homeland security-or who ever puts out “wanted” terrorist lists, should be awarding Pamela Geller et al, a hefty reward, for “drawing out” two terrorists, who failed on their terrorist attempt and were killed on the spot. She had to pay a hefty price tag for added security and this proved worth it to save lives. But her event drew out 2 terrorists who would have killed her attendees, and if not in Garland, would have spurred off to somewhere else to kill Americans…that’s a “reward” situation in my opinion (unfortunately there is a grey aura to those in authority, both in Texas and DC) Texas was not true to their own brand: Don’t Mess With Texas.

We need to do something—or many things. Heard them talking on the TV news yesterday about sharia in this country–and today they report there are some Americans who agree with it.Things are starting to move fairly quickly! NOW, regarding the venue in Garland-there must be some people in charge either are muslim or afraid of them. In fact, I’m still wondering HOW they got away with renting the spot to these people in January?? When we are still -fighting over in the middle east, and then have “those people” over here, wanting to destroy us from within, then, freedom of speech must be louder and stronger, for those who are patriotic Americans. There probably wasn’t any official “reward” for these two ISIS deviates. But clearly Garland venue officials clearly crossed a red line, when charging $10,000 in additional security.

Every American should turn this story around and use the same tactic to bankrupt every muslim owned business in America. Take the time to find markets that sell HALAL food for the muslim clients, go in and demand bacon and other non-HALAL products, when they refuse to carry the products claim discrimination because your GOD allows the consumption of these products.

They are certainly using our own freedoms and laws against us…and I agree, we have to turn this around. “They” have been building up to this point for over 20 (maybe 30) years. And have reached a size to where they think they can throw their weight around. That can of coke on the airline issue is just plain frivilous, only the lawyers will profit on that one. Any future events held anywhere, now should be scrutinized. If these venues don’t charge clients equally, they should not be in business. As far as asking for non-halal food in a halal food biz. they might claim their specialty food, and we’d lose…so we need to think of – ways to – call them out. And not be afraid to do so.

Been a Herps is just like been through hell; well special thanks to God almighty
