“We are pleased that this important group of speakers have shown confidence in the goals of Abaco Business Outlook and have agreed to join us for this ninth session,”
said Joan Albury, President of The Counsellors Ltd (TCL) and founder
and organizer of the multi-island Business Outlook Series. “They have not been chosen randomly. All are highly qualified to speak to some aspect of the Abacos’ development, their strengths and opportunities for business and growth. Each speaker will share what Abaco can expect from the government ministry or agency, civic organization or corporate entity he or she represents. We are deeply grateful to our sponsors who assist us in putting on this important forum.”

Mrs Albury continued, “We at The Counsellors continue to believe
strongly in Abaco’s economic potential and the island’s ability to
positively impact the national economy. The Abaco subgroup has all the
right ingredients to soar—tourism potential, the ability to contribute
to greater food security and industry and an export potential that can boost our foreign exchange earnings. Based on continued development progress and important foreign investments during a recession, Abaco has been justly called the fastest growing island in The Bahamas.”
