Nassau, Bahamas - Entries are now being accepted for the
2012 Fine Image Summer Fun Photography Contest.
Entries must be received by Friday, September 14th. The cocktail
event and announcement of the winners will take place on Friday,
September 21st, at 6 p.m. at the New Providence Community Church on
Blake Road. Pull out those cameras and start snapping!
Summer camp is well underway and has been a
lot of fun for both the campers and the animals.. The dogs enjoy going
for regular walks and the ponies are well-groomed. If you're on
Facebook, check out the photos in the camp album, mostly taken by
Patricia Vazquez who has joined us on the walk a couple of times.

This is why Operation Potcake is so important. The BHS Shelter is
currently bursting at the seams with dogs and puppies, cats and kittens.
Spaying and neutering helps keep the populations in check.
